Refunds / Exchanges
All sales are considered final. Please be sure to check all item details and ask questions before placing your order as I do not provide refunds for ‘change of mind’ purchases. Please contact me with any questions regarding an item, shipping etc. PRIOR to placing an order.
IMPORTANT: Please remember that handmade pieces are made manually by me, as opposed to rolling off a factory floor, and therfore they differ from one to another and some imperfection is possible and adds to their nature. Also please remember that vintage items are usually not in perfect condition. I do my best to describe condition of all my items as accurately as possible. If you have any questions, please ask prior to placing an order.
I do my very best to describe all my items accurately but if you believe something has been GROSSLY MISREPRESENTED or a MAJOR FLAW overlooked, please message me and I'll be happy to work with you.
Orders are shipped via Poczta Polska within the number of working days of your purchase, as stated in individual listing, unless the item is a custom order, then the shipping times are determined individually with the buyer. I will provide a confirmation email including a tracking number for all orders. Please be sure to message me with any additional shipping requests/notes for delivery prior to placing an order or shortly after.
Domestic and International Customers
Orders generally take up to 7 working days to arrive domestically and 30 working days to arrive internationally, however there is no guarantee, as each country is different.
Please note that due to Covid-19, the only available shipping option only has full tracking for countries within the borders of European Union. Countries outside the EU only have tracking as long as the package is in Poland.
I do my best to make sure items arrive safely to you but once I ship, the orders are out of my hands and I am not responsible for lost packages and cannot offer refunds for missing items. I always provide a tracking number so you have proof of the item being sent to you.
I am unable to mark your items as a 'gift' or declare a lower value on the customs forms. Please be aware that you are responsible for paying any additional customs fees.
I do my best to ensure that the colour of an item is accurately represented but this may vary from monitor to monitor – if you would like to ask questions as to exact colour please message me and I will do my best to describe!
All items are measured lying flat and they are approximate to 1 cm/0.5 in. Any queries at all, please message me prior to purchase.

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact me directly.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
